Tourism Coordinator - Hamilton Gardens

Are you a customer service superstar with a passion for tourism? Then you could be the person we are looking for to join the team at the award-winning Hamilton Gardens as a Tourism Product Coordinator.
You will be working in a vibrant environment to help grow the Gardens’ tourist market and maintain growth, development and revenue of Hamilton Gardens’ products.
Your key tasks would include administering the tour guide service, overseeing the information centre and Hamilton Gardens’ shop, and liaising with new and existing tour operators.
A background in tourism, hospitality or retail will help you excel in this role and make sure the Hamilton Gardens are world-class.
You will be working in a tight-knit team and supporting events and volunteers.
To be successful you will have:
- experience in and understanding of delivering tourism related products and services
- exceptional communication and relationship building skills
- experience in developing and managing retail systems, customer surveys and reporting.
The recruiting range for this role starts at $48,200 per annum, and could be negotiated for the right candidate. Rostered weekend work is a requirement of this role.
