Service Delivery Manager - Hamilton Libraries

Libraries across the world are, diversifying how they deliver services to their communities.

At Hamilton City Libraries, we are embracing this transition across our network of six libraries.

We’re currently recruiting for a Service Delivery Manager - an exciting and challenging position for someone who loves having variety in their working day.

Primarily, you will be a people leader who will oversee the Service Delivery team, responsible for customer service strategies across our network.

The team is very capable and competent team, with self-motivated staff who welcome a supportive leader to work with.

You’ll empower our front-line staff to ensure customer service strategies continue to be effectively delivered.  You will undertake some management duties including budget for some of our services and/or project planning.

You will also engage with the local communities to ensure Hamilton City Libraries continues to be vibrant hubs of community activities.

Salary packages start from $80,000 per annum and are negotiable depending on the applicant. This is a 40-hour working week with the opportunity to participate in flexi-time, additional leave entitlements, 3% employer kiwi saver contribution, training and development opportunities and much more.
