As our Senior Planner you will be responsible for providing information and guidance related to the District Plan and the Resource Management Act, and receiving, processing, reviewing and vetting applications for resource consent, in order to manage the effects of the use, development, or protection of land and associated natural and physical resources in the city.
You will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Planning or Resource management, or equivalent tertiary qualification and ideally more than five years’ experience in planning and resource management application.

Salary packages start from $87,000 per annum and are negotiable depending on the applicant. This is a 40-hour working week with the opportunity to participate in flexi time, additional leave entitlements, 3% employer kiwi saver contribution, training and development opportunities and much more.
