Project Manager – Growth

We are looking for an experienced project manager to lead the delivery of projects supporting effective and efficient delivery of the planning, infrastructure, and community amenity needs of a growing city.
Reporting to the Growth Programmes Manager, this 12-month, fixed term role will pull together teams, knowledge and information to get us game-ready for innovative infrastructure funding and financing opportunities to support growth.
You’ll be an expert communicator and known for making things happen by getting the right people in the room at the right time and following things through to completion. This role is fast paced, requiring excellent time and project management skills. This is a unique opportunity to work together with a range of technical infrastructure, planning and financial experts within a local government environment, while working with central government agencies, our commercial partners and developers.
This role is fixed-term for 12 months and the recruiting range starts at $82,700 - $115,000 per annum pro rata but could be negotiated for the right candidate.
