Performance and Support Manager – City Transport

This is a brand new fixed term role that is looking for a leader that can make this role their own. This is a great opportunity for someone to show some creativity and initiative on how they lead the development of this new space.

This role reports directly to the Unit Manager and will support them in ensuring the successful delivery of the infrastructure services of City Transport. 

This role will offer you diversity you need to have strong collaboration skills, accuracy and attention to detail, sound management skills and have good ability to meet deadlines.

We are looking for someone with:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in leadership or management
  • Prince2 or PMP qualification
  • Good understanding of risk management and ability to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies
  • Proven contract management experience including development of contract documents, procurement, implementation, management and close out
  • Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, stakeholder, staff and other personnel 

The recruiting range for this role starts at $82,765.00 per annum and could be negotiated for the right candidate.
