Information and Travel Consultant

If you’re passionate about Hamilton, New Zealand, tourism and enjoy helping customers, you have some of the credentials to become a Consultant with the Hamilton i-SITE.

This customer-facing position is responsible for selling products and experiences from Hamilton and New Zealand to local and international tourists.

You will have a background in sales, preferably within a tourism environment, and the desire to deliver exceptional customer service. Knowledge of our city, our region and New Zealand is essential.

This is a fixed term position until the 30 June 2018. We are looking for people to work either part-time or full-time as rostered Monday to Friday 8:15am to 5:15pm and Saturday to Sunday 9:15am – 3:45pm.

The recruiting range for this role starts at $38,000 per annum (pro-rata).
