Head of Transformation

The fundamental changes our great river city is experiencing need to be matched with a shift in the way Hamilton City Council operates. We’re determined to reimagine local government, and think differently about every aspect of Council activity. As Head of Transformation, you’ll lead our people to deliver on this aspiration. Accordingly, innovation and disruption should come naturally to you, along with leadership in leveraging data and technology, change management and strategy development.
In addition to reshaping the business and culture of Hamilton City Council, you’ll also be responsible for enabling Hamilton to become a Smart city. The role will require proven expertise in inspiring and influencing stakeholders across the organisation as well as external partners. You should be comfortable in shaking things up, and confident in creating and connecting people to your vision.
