Asset Engineer

Are you a waters engineer looking to make the next move? 

Our City Waters team is looking for an experienced and qualified Engineer to join our Asset Management Team to help deliver solutions for our three water networks.

We are looking for an Engineer committed to excellence, someone confident at developing optimised renewal programmes, managing continuous improvement programmes and ensuring asset management principles are applied to the three waters and solid waste assets.

As one of our Asset Engineers you will be responsible for identifying, scoping and managing long term renewal and capital programmes. You will also be involved in developing the Activity Management Plans for the water, wastewater, stormwater and solid waste assets.

Ideally you will have ten years’ experience in an Engineering environment and a good understanding of municipal water, wastewater, stormwater and solid waste practices. Excellent writing skills are essential to ensure you can prepare and deliver accurate Asset Management plans and reports. Your collaborative working style will enable you to work effectively within a high performing team that works systematically to meet all deadlines.

The recruiting range for this role starts at $89,300 per annum and could be negotiated for the right candidate.
